Who we are

What we collect, and when

• Newsletter signup: just your email address.
• Checkout (via Stripe): your name, email, shipping address, and size selection. Stripe collects and processes card details — we never see or store your card number.
• Spam protection (reCAPTCHA v3): Google collects IP, browser info, and interaction signals to score traffic. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Server logs (Cloudflare): standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, URL) for uptime and abuse prevention.

Who we share it with (sub-processors)

• Stripe — payments and sales tax
• Static Forms — newsletter signup delivery
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection on forms
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and email routing

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any retargeting profiles on this site. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies — just the minimum required for the forms and checkout to work.

Cookies

Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies on pages with forms (used to score whether a submission is a bot). We don't set any analytics or marketing cookies ourselves.

Your rights

Email hello@prairiebrand.shop and we'll access, correct, delete, or export your data. Newsletter emails also include a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of every send.

Children

Prairie Brand isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
