Return & Exchange Policy

The short version
14 days. Unworn. Free return shipping. Email us, we send a prepaid label, you drop it in any USPS mailbox, we refund your card. No restocking fees. Every shirt is eligible.
1. Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return.
2. Condition
Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Any tags that were attached when it shipped should still be attached.
3. How to start a return
Email hello@prairiebrand.shop with your order number and which shirt you're returning. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS shipping label.
4. Shipping the return
Pack the shirt up, stick the label on, and drop it in any USPS mailbox or at a post office. There's no cost to you. Hold onto the tracking number until your refund posts.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the return, we'll issue a full refund — including any sales tax you paid — back to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to swap sizes or shirts is a return + reorder: place the new order right away so it ships immediately, then return the original for a full refund. We'll process both in parallel.
7. Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll cover a replacement or a full refund — your call.
8. Non-returnable items
None, currently. No gift cards, no custom or personalized shirts, no final-sale items. Every product in the shop is eligible for return.
