1. Agreement

By using prairiebrand.shop or buying a shirt from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. About us

Prairie Brand is a small, Tulsa-based apparel label. We're a sole-proprietor operation — not a corporation, not a franchise, just a local brand.

3. Products

We sell printed graphic tees, designed locally and printed in small runs by Tulsa-area print shops. Colors and placement may vary slightly from photos. Small runs mean limited inventory — when a shirt is gone, it's gone.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shirts are $27 with free US shipping included. Oklahoma state and local sales tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

5. Shipping

We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order. Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after they leave Tulsa. You'll get a tracking number by email when your shirt ships.

6. Returns and exchanges

Every shirt comes with a 14-day free return window. For the full process, see our Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photography, and site content are the property of Prairie Brand and protected by copyright. Wear your shirt, photograph it, post it, love it — but please don't reproduce or resell the artwork.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break things, scrape content, spam forms, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service for abuse.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." Beyond the return policy, we don't offer additional warranties on our products — though if something's wrong, just email us and we'll make it right.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to these terms

If we revise these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
